Terms & Conditions
▫▫ Right of Admission Reserved
▫▫ Tariff is inclusive of free Wifi and Breakfast and GST is extra.
▫▫ Checkout time is 12 noon.
▫▫ Visa and MasterCard accepted.
▫▫ We will not debit your credit card for your reservation. You will be requested to email or call and give your credit card details as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then be settled directly at the front desk upon arrival
▫▫ A credit card number is required to confirm the booking.
▫▫ In case of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, one night-stay per Service Apartment will be charged on your credit card
▫▫ Check in time is from 12.00 noon & check-out until 12.00 noon.
▫▫ Payment due upon Arrival.
▫▫ Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation. This may be done by calling 91-9314503423

▫▫ Swimming Pool users must wear swimming suits or swimming trunks upon entry into the pool. Clothing such as cut-offs, gym shorts, and underwear is not permitted as swimwear.
We reserve the right of admission for local Jaipur residents in the Room or our Service Apartment next door. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. Hotel will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel Front desk due to the aforesaid reason.
1) Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport & Voter Id Card (Any One) for an Indian and Valid Passport for a Foreigner is mandatory.
2) PAN Card is not acceptable as a valid ID proof.
3) It is mandatory to carry the ID Proof on Individual basis at the time of check
Note that children age 5 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
We retain the right to terminate a booking in case of any inappropriate behavior including unethical business practices, offensive comments and refusal to clear dues.
Safety and Security Policy
We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms or apartments. Electronic Safe deposit boxes are available for the safekeeping of these items (in most rooms as well as with the reception of the property). We request that you do not leave or store valuables unattended in your rooms, and keep if so keep them safely within your own responsibility.
Unregistered Persons or Guests
▫ Entertainment in
mixed company or private visits from
unregistered persons, in any room or apartment
is not permitted.
▫ Only registered guests' who provide valid identification: passport, ID card or driver's license can enter the premises of any property
▫ Only the number of people mentioned in the invoice or booking agreement can check-in / enter the property
Umaid Service Apartments has the right to request guests and/or third parties, to vacate room or leave the property premises, whenever not respecting any article of the internal rules, or behaving improperly or in an indecent manner.
Umaid Service Apartments will not be
held responsible for the acts or omissions of
third persons, staff or representatives,
occurring on the premises of any of our
properties, except, when they arise out of the
strict performance of Umaid Service Apartment
staff or representative on duty.
